I decided today to post my Halloween pictures before it's Thanksgiving. :)

This was the first year I haven't had a child go out Trick or Treating. Sad day. (But it was kinda nice not having to deal with the costume dilemma.) It's a good thing we live close to the Madsen family! Holidays are much more fun with kids around. Jeff, Jordan, Caleb, Own and Kendyl came over on Sunday to carve pumpkins with us. They turned out pretty cute, and we had a lot of fun. Paige worked her baking magic and made us some delicious Halloween cupcakes.

Here are the high lights:

Aren't we a cute bunch? :)

In the car on the way home Kendyl said, "That was a fun party!"
Yes it was!

{Volleyball} 2011

Volleyball season is over. And what an awesome season it was. Hailey traveled through Wyoming to many new towns and schools. Here are some high-lights:

Hailey, Bailey, Lexi, and Jamie.

Grandpa and Grandma Jones drove from Idaho to Casper for the tournament. Grandpa continues to be her favorite fan, he just gets to watch fewer games than he would like. Having them there with us for the tournament was a lot of fun.

It was a great season.
We love you Hailey.
You are our favorite Lady Brave. :)

A Girl, A Dress, and A Date

Homecoming 2011
Hailey was asked to her first high school dance. It can't be confirmed, but rumor has it that, "52 other guys had the same idea."
It was a fun and busy week. Two volleyball games, dress up days, the volleyball float in the parade, the football game, a day date and the dance, filled the week.
It still feels weird to see her dressed in red and gold, and "Go Braves!" doesn't roll easily off my tongue. Yet. (I'm working on it!)

Here's a peek at the week.

Homecoming 2011 was a success. Hailey was lovely.
Enjoy the pictures. :)

(Here's a P.S. about the dress. Natalie bought it for $99 and wore it to RRHS Prom. Marissa wore it to BHS Homecoming. It has now been worn to three different dances, at three different schools, by three sisters. I love it!)
